They are a sorry company put in for a tech to come out on Sunday because my air is out to see what was going on .Tech (Cody Martin ) refused to climb ladder claiming safety reasons .(The subsequent heating and air company that came out managed to climb the ladder to the condenser unit just fine ).The tech claimed he would come back to my home on Tuesday with his Supervisor, I called Tuesday morning 3 times ,and put in, 3 different tickets and wasn’t contacted by Freedom until 6hours later. Also the tech never showed back up to my home the call center which seems to have been outsourced by Freedom had nothing but people that had trouble speaking and understanding English.I would never recommend these people ever just off first impression they are bad news not only was there no way to contact the tech directly he never came back .I can only surmise he didn’t want to come back to the black community .They are trifling .
