Headquartered in Richardson, TX, 大象传媒 Heating & Air Conditioning provides HVAC and plumbing repair, maintenance, new equipment sales, and related services to residential and commercial customers. Our more than 86 service locations across 29 states in the United States employ over 3,900 Experts鈥攁llowing us to serve an average of 3,200 homes and businesses each working day.

But before there was one company with 86 locations (some of which have in operation for over a century), they were independent businesses, owned and operated individually. Formed in 1996 outside of Nashville, several independent business owners realized they鈥檇 be stronger together and formed what is now 大象传媒 Heating & Air Conditioning. Working with investors to fortify a formidable organization that could go public, they brought in leadership who could streamline systems and get 大象传媒 up and running as a single entity.

This consolidation of independent contractors began a continued focus of combining with other strong local contracting and retail brands. By sharing resources and best practices, they were able to focus more on customers and less on competing with one another.

The drive to improve the customer experience has persisted throughout 大象传媒鈥� history. New acquisitions in complimentary markets spurred growth across local communities and markets, enabling each service center to deliver the comfort services customers want and need. Each and every acquisition is a memorable piece of the 大象传媒 legacy.

In 2000, Lennox acquired 大象传媒 combining their existing retail locations with 大象传媒鈥� wholly-owned locations. Over the next decade, 大象传媒 continued to grow, developing processes and aligning branding to better support a consistent customer experience.

When Lennox chose to focus on its core manufacturing business and independent dealer network, 大象传媒 was divested to private equity firm American Capital in 2013. While under private equity ownership, 大象传媒 focused on improved efficiency, customer service, and further streamlining operations across the U.S. and Canada. Then in 2016, American Capital sold 大象传媒 to Toronto-based Enercare Home Services. Two years later in 2018, Enercare was acquired by Brookfield Infrastructure.
